Marc Leuthold – Founder & CEO
Zurich, Switzerland
Marc is a serial entrepreneur and tech strategist with 10+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, and emerging tech. Before launching VERONEX, he built and exited multiple ventures and led high-impact Web3 initiatives. With a background in Computer Science (ETH Zurich) and an MBA in Innovation, Marc drives VERONEX’s vision to close the gaps left by Ethereum and Solana through true modular architecture.
Isabelle Costa – Chief Operating Officer

Isabelle brings extensive experience in business development and ecosystem growth from her work with Near Protocol and Arbitrum Foundation. She specializes in scaling operations across borders, managing DeFi partnerships, and aligning strategy with execution. She holds a Master’s in International Business from ESADE.
Anurag Nair – Chief Technology Officer

Anurag is a protocol engineer who has contributed to Polygon SDK and Cosmos IBC. With over a decade in distributed systems, he leads VERONEX’s technical architecture — from modular consensus to execution environments. His focus is scalability, developer experience, and future-proof design

Sophia holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and has architected validator systems for top Layer 1s including Avalanche and Mina Protocol. At VERONEX, she leads development of the staking engine, validator incentives, and on-chain governance modules.

David is a veteran Web3 developer who’s worked with Gnosis and dYdX. He ensures seamless integration of smart contracts with intuitive frontend applications — from staking dashboards to token sales and launchpad interfaces.
